You guys post about a member rewards free giveaway starting at 10am and we show up not a minute later and you guys are already sold out because you decided to start it at 9am… don’t post something and then not go by it! so many people came in with their kids upset including us because they thought they were gonna get this cooler cup but nope you guys did everyone dirty and gave them out before the time posted online. Super shitty of you guys and the employee who decided to do that. It’s not about the cup but simply don’t post a time for something to start and then say screw it we have the cups now we will just start giving them away earlier

Great customer service, occasionally you’ll have a worker who stares at you at the self checkout as if you were stealing which is quite annoying. I even once got locked in Lowe’s by a woman who asked me if I paid for the stuff in my cart. That same trip I was informed I was unable to return my 5 gallon bucket of paint although I saw others returned in the clearance paint section. They redeemed themselves when they altered my hideous paint color to a beautiful beige by using the computer system which told him what needed to be added.

The rental department is pathetic. Every rental requires a deposit even if you are a contractor AND your deposit IS NOT part of the rental price! In other words if you rent a $100 dollar tool you must first pay $50. Then when you return the tool you MUST pay $100! Then in a couple of days you will get a refund of $50. Unreal! Oh and they DO NOT take cash! AT ALL! In the rental department. They can't even transfer the receipt to another register to let you pay with cash. I can understand not taking cash for the deposit. But, no cash AT ALL! Save yourself a lot of aggravation and just go up the road to the "Other" home improvement store on Cherry Rd.

I just love my local Lowe’s hardware. I was asked by a employee named TJ if I needed any help and I said I could use help finding a cart. He walked the Wood area looking for a cart and then outside to discover that there were no cars. So when he saw a man emptying his car that I needed at his truck, he helped him unload the cart into his truck and then brought me the cart. What kind of customer service is that! I think that’s on the level of Chick-fil-A. Can we get an amen amen.?!?? thanks TJ! Also somebody give him a promotion. Ps- I snuck a picture of TJ because it’s weird how much props I gave him and I don’t want to go overboard. Go TJ!

Recently bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s. Buddy helped me find the perfect dishwasher that fits all my needs. He was informative, patient, helpful and kind. He made the process a whole lot easier! He showed me all of his favorites and explained why. He listened to my concerns and explained anything I didn’t understand. We picked out a whirlpool dishwasher and I’m in love! Cory installed it a few days ago and he was very kind and worked hard. The dishwasher is great! It’s beautiful, works amazing and I’m very happy with all my decisions. Highly recommend shopping here for any home appliances and if you need installation, they will do a great job!!
